Please read the following information carefully prior to booking.


If you would like to make a booking with us, please fill out the online booking form requesting your preferred dates. We will respond to you via email or a chat and invite you to fill in the booking form.  Once your place has been confirmed, £150 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but in some cases, we would consider carrying a deposit forward to another retreat within 12 months of your payment date.

The remaining balance of your retreat is to be paid in full no later than 8 weeks prior to your travel date.

Please note that flights and insurance are not included in the pricing and you are responsible for arranging these. We will however advise you which flights to book and the best time to do so. Please do not book your own flights until you have spoken to us.


If you wish to cancel your retreat, please inform us as soon as possible. As stated above, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 8 weeks of your travel date, the following policy applies:

*Please note that if we can sell your space, you will qualify for a full refund minus your £150 deposit and an admin fee of £50.

Travel and Cancellation Insurance

Naturally, no-one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.


We do NOT accept any liability for: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control, participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday, loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.


You will be asked to complete a screening form prior to coming on Create Retreats. Please read the information below carefully:

Non-disclosure of relevant health information, whether physical or psychiatric, can invalidate your travel insurance and cancel our contractual obligation to you. You should in any case inform us of any health issues prior to booking.

In order to avoid injury, we ask that you agree to follow all instructions given to you by your teacher. It being understood that any deviation by you from such instructions shall be at your own risk.

We cannot be held responsible for any injuries suffered, caused in whole or in part by failure to faithfully follow instructions.

Our retreats are not suitable if you cannot take responsibility for yourself either physically or emotionally.

By signing the screening form you confirm that you are medically and physically and in all respects fit and able to participate in this retreat.

Pricing Disclaimer

All prices on this website are based on the current exchange rates and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, we reserve the right to increase the price of your Retreat prior to your travel, but not after you have paid the full amount. Of course if this was to happen we would inform you in advance.

Additional Information

While we have never cancelled a retreat, if we must cancel a specific date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another date, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

Create Retreats is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Before you book your retreat, we ask that you read and understand these terms and conditions. By completing the booking form, you will be indicating that you understand the terms and conditions of the booking.

There is no contract between Create Retreats and the client until full payment has been made. Full payment of the balance is to be made no later than 8 weeks before departure.

If for any reason the retreat teacher/facilitator becomes unavailable we will do our best to find a replacement with the same standard of qualifications. Wherever possible you will be advised in advance of any alterations. Our destination may be altered or amended due to maintenance work, mechanical faults, weather conditions, sickness or other situations outside our control. In this unlikely situation we would endeavour to find an alternative facility.
